    • Once we verify the damage, we will proceed with an exchange or refund based on your preference.
  2. No Refund or Exchange for Disliked Items:

    • Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply do not like the product.
    • To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to carefully review all product images and descriptions provided on our product pages before placing your order.
